Taxes, Shipping and Returns

Taxes: We charge taxes on orders shipping within the state of Texas only. 

Shipping: Please allow 7-10 days for us to prepare your order (sometimes way sooner). US orders are shipped using flat rate USPS and should only take a few days to reach your front door. If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until the item is replenished. 

Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. 

If I live outside the US, will I have to pay import fees? 
It is possible you will need to pay duties/import fees - unfortunately, there is no way for us to avoid this. If a package is returned to us do to import fees not being paid, we will refund the cost of the item(s). 

Returns and Exchanges: We do except pre-approved returns within 10 days of delivery. The item must be in unworn new condition. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways. If your return is excepted, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If you have a return question, please email chris@whatmonstersdo.com.
